This love of details, from primary to quirky, was fine-tuned at The Wall Street Journal where Jeff began his career.

By cutting through the clutter, Jeff is also able to swiftly identify significant opportunities. We are self-run, self-driving, and always more than a few steps ahead of the competition.

As Marketing Director for the ESPINAL | ADLER Team at Douglas Elliman, Cortnie Schultz has completely transformed the team’s digital marketing assets, including an entire brand redesign, upgraded responsive website, a completely revamped social media offering, and a full digital experience for buyers and sellers.  She is constantly analyzing data from the team’s digital platforms to better understand target markets and adjust marketing efforts accordingly. Sellers who choose to work with the EA Team have access to all marketing-related insights through Cortnie and are presented with information on how their listing is performing online from launch through contract signing.

Before moving to New York City, Cortnie spent over six years successfully re-branding and marketing over 95 mixed-use, luxury residential, student, senior, and conventional multifamily properties in her portfolio within the southeastern United States and Texas. In this role she also actively trained and acted as a main marketing and advertising resource for her company’s on-site staff members, specifically for underperforming properties to increase occupancy and generate revenue. It was because of these actions and her quantifiable accomplishments within this position that in 2016, Cortnie was recognized as the Corporate Employee of the Year by the First Coast Apartment Association and was named one of Jacksonville Business Journal’s “People on the Move”.

Kristin Langiulli

Kristin Langiulli, E|A’s proprietary Mortgage Finance Director is available to all our clients as a trusted consultant, completely independent from any mortgage lender or bank. She’s an advocate for our buyers, in place specifically to ensure that they have the best possible home-buying process with the least amount of stress. She’ll also ensure that the sellers E|A represents accept offers from highly-qualified buyers.

Kristin brings nearly two decades of real estate experience in the NYC and Westchester County luxury housing market to The ESPINAL | ADLER Team. Since getting her license in 2004, she’s excelled in all facets of the business, representing buyers, sellers, investors and renters, and marketing/representing many condominium new developments. Her work with prominent NYC landlords has involved managing the completion of numerous high-profile lease-ups as well, like the iconic VIA 57 WEST on the corner of 57th Street overlooking the Hudson River.

Kristin also has expertise when it comes to mortgage products and qualifying standards, and a large network of lenders that can assist buyers with getting competitive rates and favorable terms. She is always transparent about the current market, and dedicated to educating and preparing clients to ensure a smooth transaction. 

Lauren Nichols

As Office Manager for the ESPINAL | ADLER Team at Douglas Elliman, Lauren Nichols streamlines the buying and selling process and ensures all EA clients’ paperwork is adequately prepared when buying or selling their home.

Her main job responsibilities include overseeing transactions from fruition to close, ensuring all paperwork is submitted correctly and all deadlines are met in various areas of the buying and selling process, including co-op and condo board approvals, and assisting in day-to-day tasks for the team. As an integral part of the E|A team, Lauren attains and preserves the extremely high success rate of board package submissions and approvals for buyers represented by ESPINAL | ADLER Team.

Prior to entering residential real estate brokerage, Lauren was an Employee Benefits Consultant for March & McLennan, serving middle and large market employers. She worked with C-Suite executives to understand their needs and goals, and provided them with creative, informed solutions. All the while, her interpersonal and analytical skills were perfected, which helps her tremendously in her real estate practice.

Preston accumulated his knowledge through the years learning from the best in the industry, allowing him to refine his skills, especially when helping buyers navigate some of the toughest co-op boards in New York City. Preston is originally from Olympia, Washington and graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity.
